The Process

At ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals we always want your experience to be as amazing as possible.  We have created a site filled with products for you to conveniently shop around the clock.

PLACING ORDERS

We begin the quote building process by adding products to your online Wish List.  Once we have all the items you are interested in renting, as well as your date and shipping specifics, we will create a personalized proposal for you electronically.

RESERVING QUOTES

Most of the clients we work with are planning their rental items 6-8 months in advance of their event date.  Once a formal proposal is sent to you, a 50% down payment is made to hold those items for your specific date. 

FINAL COUNTS

Due to the nature of the event industry, we know you won't be able to get final counts and floorplans until the final days of the planning process.  We require final updates and changes to be made no less than 21 days in advance of your order delivery date. 

SHIPPING

Your delivery will arrive 1-2 days in advance of your event.  Our linens are pressed, labeled with sizing, on hangers, and ready to use.  See our shipping page for more details and transit times for your state.

RETURN

When you are finished with the linens, do not wash them, simply shake them free of any food, debris, and decoration. 

 

In the boxes the linens were shipped in, there will be a pre-paid return shipping label(s) as well as duffle bag(s) to return the rentals. Place the return label in the clear pouch of the duffle bag and drop off at any UPS store within 2 days after your event ends or call UPS to schedule a pick up from your location.

 

Do not return the hangers.

 

Its that easy!

DAMAGES

All torn, burned, missing and damaged items will be charged for replacement costs.
